I’ve recently come across a new skincare regimen that I have seen great results. Lets face it- it’s hard to not get stressed out and to want to splurge on junk food every once in a while. Which your skin is definitely not thanking you for! So what can you do to clear up your skin and get it back on track?
First thing first- Water! I always start my mornings with a glass of water to help hydrate my skin, since we lose a lot of moisture throughout the night. I rinse my face first thing in the morning since mine is usually dry and by washing with a cleanser you strip your face of its natural oils. I like to apply an SPF (Moisturizer). I will never leave the house without applying an SPF on my skin. I had skin cancer at a young age so I’m a huge advocate of SPF dears!! 🙂
At night is when the fun begins. Well for me at least! The 4 step process. It’s super easy and love that it’s numbered so I knew when first starting it which to do first and last. I just started a little over a week ago on the Unblemish Acne Treatment to help prevent any break outs and I am really loving my results thus far.
