Step-by-Step!

Step 1: Protect Me

I use an SPF daily to help protect my skin from sun damage. I’m also a huge advocate of SPF since I had skin cancer when I was 18. Please protect your skin!! I love trying new SPF’s especially when they claim to be lightweight. I usually wear mine under my makeup but hate when it gets my skin all greasy. (Ew!)

I currently use an SPF30 from Rodan and Fields and it’s very light weight, but I’m nearing the end of that tube and needing an alternative stat!! After trying the Protect Me, I was hoping for it to be more light-weight but it was still a little heavier than what I am use to. It’s still a very lightweight formula but just not as  I do like that it is water resistant and can uphold even my toughest workouts. It specializes in fighting oxidation, free radicals and preventing dark spots. I really like that it will protect my skin from UVA, UVB, and IRA rays and air pollution since I do like to run outside and of course my weekend beach trips.

Step 2: Purify Me

After, a nice workout I always feel gross and sweaty, but who doesn’t after burning all of those calories off? That great feeling after burning off that Chinese dinner last night! (haha but seriously). I haven’t tried a beaded cleanser before-  weird I know! So I was excited to try this one for the first time. I just always exfoliated the old school way with a wash cloth! But I know I need to up my game, and get with the times. I actually love the jojoba beads! They provide hydration and pH balance restoration to your skin. After exfoliating with the cleanser after one time my skin felt so smooth and hydrated. The cleanser also unclogs your pores and prevents breakouts.

There are a lot of benefits in this bottle and I am loving the results. Are you guys a fan of beaded cleansers? After using the Purify Me I can definitely say I am a fan. I will keep using this over time to see if it helps with my break outs, which are most likely due to working out and clogged pores!

Step 3: Revive Me

Lastly, the party ends with Revive Me Serum! I am a sucker for serums and love the way they make my skin feel. The Revive Me serum is for post-workouts. It is enriched with Argan Stem Cells and improves the residence of the skin’s stem cells. This helps rejuvenate your skin after you exercise! Honestly, I love this serum! I like to use it after cleansing my face with the Purify Me Cleanser and then use a small pea size amount of the Revive Me. A huge benefit that immediately caught my eye is it replenishes moisture and vitamins and also regenerates collagen and cells. I am in my late twenties and serums that regenerate collagen deserve a long-term spot in my beauty routine!

Overall, FRÉ Skincare has me excited to switch up my beauty routine and incorporate these products into my everyday lifestyle.
