It is a 12-Week Step-By-Step Fitness Program: Includes fun and challenging high intensity workouts. It includes High Intensity Workouts: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuits for maximum power and fat burning. The training program consists of 4 cycles of 3 weeks, designed to help you reach optimal performance, power, fitness and fat burning. It is structured to give you big results and let me tell you I felt the burn after my first workout!

Best of all? It only takes 24 minutes, 3 times a week! Someday’s it is a struggle to find time to workout or squeeze a long workout into the day when you don’t have the time. Now you can grab your water bottle, a set of weights and start your BodyBoss workout in the comfort of your home. There are also suggested alternate equipment in the book and it’s so useful! The book is great to travel with and can accomplish these workouts in a hotel room. I love the convenience of the program and I love the results even better.
