Crazy Curly Carrie Bradshaw Hair Inspiration

The Inspiration:

As I crawl into bed at night, I have a go-to show that I am watching for the millionth time. It involves men, love, New York City and best friends. Can you guess which show it is? If you guessed, Sex and the City, you are right!

I am rewatching the season from the beginning, it’s one of my favorite shows because it’s very relatable. Especially now that I’m single, I feel like I can really to relate to the earlier seasons when they are still looking for their matches. I love all the characters because they bring a different perspective and let’s confess we all have friends that exude their personalities. If I had to pick, my favorite character would be Carrie Bradshaw.  I love her upbeat personality, her love of beautiful shoes and her big heart. She’s a total hopeful romantic!

This hairstyle is inspired by the one and only, Mrs. Carrie Bradshaw. I love how her curls look so effortless. She’s ready to step out into the chaotic city with just the flip of her curls and click of her Manolo’s. I decided I wanted crazy Carrie hair and used 2 devices and curls I slept in to give me that effortless look, even though I put a good bit of effort into perfecting it haha.

Tools I Used:

• French Braids- Sleep in the night before a little damp
• Straightener- to create more natural waves
• Curling wand- for dimension
